  Keeping myself in check. Staying motivated.

  I am a great listener and as a result I'm able to understand what they need and then able to give it to them.

  I like to work out at least 3 times a week and work towards eating more fresh than not.

  Being as fit and healthy as I can.

  I don't travel very often, but I am quite happy to go on an adventure with my best friend.
